How We Work
A content house, collab house, or TikTok house is a space where, predominantly small businesses, social media influencers or content creators can come together to make videos and content with the background settings they desire such as a neutral toned home.
Since many people are just starting out businesses from home or with no store front, they are instead renting out content homes for a few hours at a time. With numerous rooms, luxurious outdoor spaces, and plenty of amenities, a content house is a great place to shoot videos and collaborate with others.
Content in the Heights is available to rent by the hour for photoshoots and creative productions.
We love working with local brands and photographers. We offer a space where they can enhance their products and find the perfect location for their production.
We’ve done all the heavy-lifting so you don’t have to stress over natural lighting, decor and styling!
About Our Home
A Coastal / Hamptons inspired light filled home with curved features throughout including :
- Walls,
- Bench tops,
- Bars,
- Shower screens, and
- Furniture.
Lighting
The home is a neutral coloured home. It has an abundance of light coming in from skylights in all bathrooms and three in the kitchen area which opens onto retractable stacker doors adding additional lighting to this bright and airy space.
Heart of the Home
The kitchen being the heart of the home is a show stopper. With a phenomenal oversize island stone bench and additional sprawling benches on the opposite side of the kitchen, it has so much to offer.
