Prestige Hideaways delivers Exclusive Property Management to Clients on the Surf Coast wishing to lease their home for short term holidays. This may be on a full time or a part time basis.
Prestige Hideaways utilises the Airbnb and Stayz platforms to promote your home to Guests wishing to holiday along the Surf Coast or Bellarine Peninsula.

About Us and our Property Management on the Surf Coast and Bellarine
Prestige Hideaways has a new approach to managing short term holiday rentals on Airbnb and Stayz. We understand not every Client enjoys having ‘The Same as Them’. Here at Prestige Hideaways, we welcome you to meet with us and discuss all of your ideas, wishes and concerns. We will take you through the entire process from start to finish, and create a plan that you feel is the best way to welcoming guests into your home.
Over the years we have learnt what guests enjoy, desire and appreciate, we are excited to offer this unique approach to managing properties on the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula. Our objective is to provide an intimate interaction that reflects your individual property. We are here to maximize your properties potential.

The presentation of your property is of upmost importance. Prestige Hideaways will assist with any advice surrounding the styling and decorating of your property.
Don’t have time? Don’t worry, we also offer a styling service that will take care of everything.
Prestige Hideaways uses a Professional Photographer to photograph your entire home, this ensures guests can visualise the property and make an informed booking that is perfect for them.
Prestige Hideaways will provide a comprehensive service to take care of all bookings, enquiries, cleaning and maintenance of the property. If you would like to be involved in the process then we will keep you fully informed, however, if you would rather sit back and let us take care of everything, then we can do that too!

Will Prestige Hideaways accept all properties?
Prestige Hideaways has been created with a passion for providing a unique and personalised service. We are boutique in size and believe in quality over quantity, for this reason we need to make sure that all the properties we manage are wonderfully maintained and styled with thought and precision.
Does Prestige Hideaways only accept large homes?
Absolutely not, you might have a gorgeous studio apartment that is styled in your own unique way that guests will love to experience. We are all about offering that next level of service that we feel our properties deserve.
Why is it important that my place looks nice?
There has been an extreme shift in Airbnb and Stayz, what was once a platform for people to find somewhere to ‘crash’, is now about people looking for something unique, unusual and with a fabulous vibe. Guests want to experience something different to their own home, a place they can enjoy and remember.
Will my property be consistently checked by Prestige Hideaways
100%. That’s one of our unique services, being boutique in size allows us to visit our properties and ensure that everything is in it’s place and looking amazing for the next guests. It’s our passion to showcase your home at it’s best.
Do you only use the Airbnb platform?
No, we also utilise Stayz and the Riparide platform, this is to capture a wider range of guests. Please note, Riparide is not for all properties but we will be able to discuss this with you after our initial inspection.
This is my holiday home, can I still use it?
Absolutely, that’s why Airbnb and Stayz is so wonderful. You’re able to stay there as much as you like, but when it’s empty you can earn some income.
Will pets stay at my property?
It’s completely your choice, however, for many reasons we strongly suggest not allowing pets, we’re happy to discuss in further detail.
What do I need to consider before listing my property?
It is very important that you notify your Insurance Company of your plans to list your home on Airbnb and Stayz.
Do I need to supply the linen and towels?
No not at all, our fabulous cleaners provide all the linen and towels.
Can I supply my own linen and towels?
Yes you can, providing we can arrange the laundering with a laundry service
Do I need to stock the amenities?
No you don’t, Prestige Hideaways take care of the amenities and we ensure they are fully stocked in a lockable amenities cupboard.
Do I need to maintain the garden?
Some people like to maintain their own gardens, but if this doesn’t sound like you, we have a wonderful gardener who can arrange a garden maintenance schedule tailored to your needs.
What if I need a trades person?
Prestige Hideaways has a fabulous team of Licensed Trades on hand if any issues should arise.
How much does it cost to list my home with Prestige Hideaways?
There are a variety of particulars that make up the initial set-up fee.
-$150 for creating your listing on Airbnb and Stayz, along with a high quality guest manual, full house inspection and the setup of amenities.
-$300 Professional photography session
-$tba for a thorough deep clean prior to first guests. Cleaner will provide a quote after inspecting.
What are the ongoing fees?
Prestige Hideaways will deduct 15% from the total rental income for our year round properties.
