Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage alleviates short or long-term musculoskeletal aches & pains. Ideal for headaches, back pain, neck & shoulder tension, postural imbalances, desk workers, regular sports recovery, and overuse, sports, or work-related injuries.

Massage provides effective treatment using a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching, to improve range of motion, reduce pain and swelling, stimulate blood supply, support recovery and speed up the healing process.

During your appointment, we will assess and discuss a plan to suit your goals, physical condition and pressure preferences.

Deep Tissue

We use a targeted and firm approach to work deeper into persistent musculoskeletal aches, pains & tension.

Deep tissue release, deep friction, and trigger point therapy to release those stubborn knots. Combined with some firm flowing strokes to improve circulation and release surrounding connective tissue.

Relaxation

We apply moderate pressure and gentle flowing movements to help you find presence and calm.
