About the Events Centre

The Pier complex is the largest custom-built events centre on the Geelong waterfront, allowing flexibility for small intimate events of 20, to large events of up to 1000 guests.

All elements of your event, whether it be a wedding, business event or special occasion, can be held in one location, allowing guests to experience unique aspects of our events centre, restaurant and bar.

Our Premium Spaces

Located on the West side of The Pier, we have Garden of Eden, our new cocktail style function space that captures the most magnificent sunsets over the bay. On the East side of the venue, we have the Lillias Room which is famed for its panoramic views of the waterfront precinct and glass, enclosed Terrace.

A part of the The Pier complex is one of Geelong’s most popular restaurants Wah Wah Gee, which provides an extensive range of Asian inspired food. Follow the neon signs upstairs and you will find Geelong’s most loved nightspot Wah Bah, boasting an array of funky cocktails and roof top decks.
