About Tight Knit Wellbeing

Hi, I’m Jenna, I’m a running enthusiast, mum of 2 little boys and lover of books. 

I have always been a curious person, throwing myself in to learning opportunities and helping to develop my knowledge base.  This passion carried me through my Bachelor of Science and on to further education in Wellness Coaching and Run Coaching. I enjoy helping helping others and love getting involved in my small town community in Birregurra, Victoria. 

I began running as a way to cross-train as a cyclist and fell in love with the sport. I quickly went from doing 3km short runs to training for my first 10km event and then on to Half Marathon distance. Running has been a consistent aspect of my life ever since. 

My passion for running led me to become Accredited as a Recreational Running Coach through Athletics Victoria and I’ve been helping runners reach new heights for the last couple of years.

Get a running program designed for YOU by an accredited running coach. Jenna crafts a suitable plan according to your availability, goals, experience and strengths.

This option includes:

  • an initial phone consultation to discuss your goals
  • an individualised program sent to you weekly
  • unlimited feedback and guidance
  • weekly check-ins
  • continued motivational support, and
  • access to our Wellness Resources to see you thrive

Running requires more than just a physical capacity to succeed; mindframe plays a big role in chasing your goals. For this reason, Jenna has drawn on her Wellness Coaching skills to use a holistic approach for program design that empowers your body AND mind.


Learning to run can be a bit daunting at the start.. So, that’s why Jenna started her Group ‘Learn to Run’ Programs in the Colac-Otway area. So you have the confidence to participate in this sport with like-minded people of similar abilities that are also starting from scratch.

This Coaching option is a ‘run/walk’ program which significantly reduces your risk of injury and slowly builds you up to a 30 minute run.

It includes:

  • 4x Group face-to-face coaching sessions
  • a 10 week online program to follow
  • a Facebook group for motivational support. 

As an Accredited Coach, Tight Knit will assist you to reach your running goals in a fun, and safe, way!


If you’ve been running for a while, or totally new to the sport, and wanting some guidance without the commitment to a program, then this option might be for you.

This Coaching session is in person, 30 minutes in length, and provides you with your own personal Accredited Coach to run you through a session. Whether it’s hill technique, running economy, heart rate questions, warm up routines or structuring your running week, Jenna can assist in meeting your goals.
