Accredited Coach, Jenna, offers both holistic running programs and one-on-one wellness coaching.

Her aim is to support you in creating sustainable, values-aligned health goals, discover and play to your personal strengths, find the intrinsic motivation to overcome obstacles and empower you to create lasting change.

Jenna’s integrative approach provides you with a running program that suits your lifestyle, promotes a positive mindframe, and builds your confidence for long term running success.

Her Running Programs are individualised to see you achieve your personal goals, whether that’s a half marathon or running your first kilometre. Jenna crafts a suitable plan according to your availability, goals, experience and strengths. 

Running requires more than just a physical capacity to succeed; mindframe plays a big role in chasing your goals. For this reason, Jenna has drawn on her Wellness Coaching skills to use a holistic approach for program design that empowers your body AND mind. You gain full access to the Tight Knit Wellbeing Member Resources that can assist in crafting a powerful mindset and empower long-term running success.

Tight Knit’s Wellness Coaching programs are client-centred, collaborative interventions that empower you to make lasting lifestyle changes to benefit your health. Using evidence based motivational interviewing techniques and positive psychology, Wellness Coaching supports you to change aspects of your life that are no longer serving you well, on your own terms.

On-Going Support

For those who would like coaching to work in with their physio/GP management plan, Tight Knit Wellbeing offers stand alone one-on-one coaching sessions to keep you accountable and on track.

Everyone is different, and some habits take longer to form than others. That’s why these sessions are scheduled according to your needs and goals on a case-by-case basis.
